## Comment installer SMS Partner sur HubSpot

Rendez-vous sur <https://hubspot.smspartner.fr>, puis cliquez sur **Connecter SMS Partner à HubSpot**.

Suivez ensuite les différentes étapes d'autorisation demandées par HubSpot.

Une fois l'installation terminée, vous serez redirigé vers la page des paramètres de l'application SMS Partner dans HubSpot. Si vous n'êtes pas automatiquement redirigé vers cette page, ou si vous souhaitez effectuer la configuration ultérieurement, rendez-vous dans les **paramètres HubSpot**, puis dans **Intégrations → Applications connectées → SMS Partner → Paramètres**.

Renseignez votre **clé API SMS Partner** afin de finaliser la configuration de l'intégration.

## Comment automatiser l'envoi de SMS avec HubSpot

Dans HubSpot, rendez-vous dans **Automatisation → Workflows**.

Créez un nouveau workflow ou ouvrez un workflow existant, puis configurez votre déclencheur et les différentes étapes selon vos besoins.

Lorsque vous souhaitez envoyer un SMS, ajoutez une nouvelle action puis sélectionnez **SMS Partner → Envoyer un SMS**.

Renseignez les informations suivantes :

* **Numéro de téléphone** : numéro du destinataire du SMS.
* **Message** : contenu du SMS à envoyer.
* **Expéditeur** : nom affiché comme expéditeur sur le téléphone du destinataire. Si ce champ est laissé vide, un numéro court de type **36XXX** sera automatiquement utilisé.

## Comment automatiser vos envois RCS sur HubSpot

Ajoutez l'action d'envoi RCS de SMS Partner à votre workflow HubSpot.

Vous pouvez choisir entre deux types d'envoi :

* **Modèle RCS**
* **Scénario RCS**

#### Utiliser un modèle RCS

Rendez-vous sur <https://my.smspartner.fr/dashboard/model/list>.

Créez votre modèle RCS, puis récupérez son **identifiant**.

Copiez cet identifiant et renseignez-le dans le champ dédié de l'action HubSpot.

#### Utiliser un scénario RCS

Rendez-vous sur <https://my.smspartner.fr/dashboard/rcs/scenario>.

Créez votre scénario RCS, puis récupérez son **identifiant**.

Copiez ensuite cet identifiant dans le champ dédié de l'action HubSpot.

#### Renseigner le destinataire

Renseignez le **numéro de téléphone du destinataire** du message RCS.

Vous pouvez utiliser une propriété HubSpot afin de récupérer automatiquement le numéro de téléphone du contact concerné par le workflow.

#### Bascule SMS (failover)

La **bascule SMS**, également appelée *failover*, permet d'envoyer automatiquement un SMS lorsqu'un destinataire ne peut pas recevoir le message en RCS.

Si cette option est activée, renseignez :

* **L'expéditeur SMS**
* **Le contenu du SMS**

Si le destinataire n'est pas compatible avec le RCS, SMS Partner basculera automatiquement vers l'envoi du SMS configuré.
